During the recent hearing, the defense expressed concern about the pace of discovery production. To date, they have received approximately 10 of the 40 terabytes of digital evidence. The defense has also obtained all laboratory results, and all photos and videos connected to the case. They are still awaiting the remaining forensic evidence and all outstanding reports. In the courtroom, D4VD appeared humble and relatively calm. The defense team seemed relaxed and confident, while the state appeared prepared to proceed without delay. The next status hearing is scheduled for June 17, 2026, and the preliminary hearing is set for June 29, 2026.
