As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to a close, we want to take another moment to highlight the fabulous educators in the region who utilize the programs offered by The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts to incorporate the performing arts into their curriculum. Vice President of Education and Community Dani Allen spoke to NBC 10 about our programs for teachers and students of all ages to experience the transformative power of the arts and create lifelong memories. Through our partnership with the School District of Philadelphia, we are the largest provider of supplemental free and low-cost performing arts education in Philadelphia. As a non-profit organization, we are grateful to the donors who support this vital work and to the teachers who value its importance.
