Envoy hires the best of the best. And at the Outstanding Flight Attendant (OFA) awards, we recognize the best Flight Attendants from across the system.

Nominated by their peers, the OFA award winners are selected by the Flight Service management teams at each hub who take all the nominations and review a series of factors – such as customer feedback, uniform appearance standards and attendance.
