Minnesota farmer Maddie Hokanson shares her story of family farming, livestock agriculture, and what it means to carry a farming legacy into the next generation.
Maddie is part of the seventh generation of her family’s pig and cattle farm, Schafer Farms, in southeast Minnesota, where she serves as CFO. She is also part of Hokanson Family Farms and is a passionate advocate for farmers and the future of agriculture.
Maddie is introduced by Minnesota State Representative Pam Altendorf.
