Minnesota farmer Emily Zweber shares her story of family, farming, and carrying agriculture forward for the next generation.

Emily is an Organic Valley farmer-owner and a partner at Zweber Farms, a fourth-generation organic dairy farm in Elko, Minnesota. She shares the story of organic farming through education, outreach, and advocacy, helping connect farmers with the people they feed.

Emily is introduced by Star Tribune journalist Victor Stefanescu.
