This showcase shows how schools across the UK have celebrated mental health and digital safety through the LitFilmFest ‘Breathe’ and 'Masters of the Digiverse' classroom literacy projects respectively. Hundreds of schools wrote instructional texts and created videos in this free project created. What is LitFilmFest?
LitFilmFest is a social enterprise created by teachers who want to help children to engage with literacy - writing, reading, speaking - in order to make the most of their lives! We have been creating classroom resources based on informed research for over 10 years, and in the 6 years since LitFilmFest was founded have gained thousands of users in classrooms across the world! Our projects have been proven by independent writing assessors who found that the average rate of progress in writing improvement was 3.75 times faster than the UK national average.
How can I use LitFilmFest resources at school or at home?
Simply visit the LitFilmFest website to find out more about how you can start your child on a journey of engagement and discovery, using fully planned and resourced national curriculum based projects for Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3 and 4 students. We have a regularly updated home learning section, alongside our library of over 400 hours of learning projects.
