Lizzie and I are SO ready for this! To celebrate Knitting, Crochet and Fibre being on national, terrestrial tv, I went to KATIA YARNS, a yarn company who I have stocked in my shop since starting in 2016 and said 'how do you want to join in the fun with GAME OF WOOL?' It didn't take them long to say 'WE WOULD LOVE TO JOIN IN'.
Katia Yarns have sent through so many amazing Knitting/Crochet notions and yarn for us to TREAT YOU! The viewer of UNRAVELLED | The Game of Wool Companion show on YouTube and The CUSTOMER if you walk into my bricks and mortar Yarn shop in Long Melford Suffolk.
We have enough prizes/giveaways/yarn to treat a few people EVERY WEEK of the 8 WEKK RUN!!!!
This is not paid sponsorship. It's just a yarn company, (who I have loved to stock in my shop over the last 10 years), getting involved in our Youtube project to celebrate this NEW programme THE GAME OF WOOL on TV. and to TREAT YOU! We are beyond thrilled. I'm so pleased I asked them.
Of all the things I've seen from Katia over the years, I just knew they were the ones to ask. Every time I go to H&H Cologne, which is Europes biggest yarn/fabric trade show, their stand is EPIC every year. It's always a visual delight and thematic based. Many other companies turn up and use exactly the same layout every year. Also, Katia are HUGE SUPPORTERS of Bricks and mortar yarn shops, no matter how small a shop you have (mine is tiny!) Katia always go above and beyond and so it doesn't surprise me really how GENEROUS they have been with prizes/yarn and giveaways.
If your'e a NEW knitter/crocheter who has been inspired by GAME OF WOOL, or a seasoned Knitter/Crochet/Spinner/Weaver, I'm sure there are some prizes/giveaways here for all.
