On July 1, 2002, the Spokane Regional Transportation Management Center (SRTMC) began operations. The Eastern Region became the last region in the state to get a TMC. This video celebrates 20 years of service by the SRTMC, and explains what they do, why they do it, and how their operations have changed over the years.
