The Flap-Out Scroll Down TV Lift is for areas where the height of the ceiling presents a problem to the user. Almost identical to the Flap-Out TV Lift it is is has been slightly modified to allow for a Scroll Down feature which allows the TV to drop even further down for a more comfortable viewing angle. The unit has a very narrow shadow line closure panel which makes for an unobtrusive low impact finish.
