Co-editor Ceara Donnelley tells the story of the creation and significance of her father Strachan Donnelley's collection of essays, Frog Pond Philosophy: Essays on the Relationship between Humans and Nature (University Press of Kentucky 2018). A philosopher and ethicist, Strachan Donnelley founded the Center for Humans and Nature and pioneered the exploration and promotion of the idea that humans have moral and civic responsibilities to natural ecosystems.
