Police are investigating after CCTV captured an elderly foreign man allegedly stealing a mobile phone from a coffee shop in Pattaya. The footage shows the man returning to the café shortly after purchasing a drink before appearing to take an unattended phone from a table. The café owner has filed a police report and released the footage in hopes the public can help identify the suspect and recover the missing device.
