Final stall on the cars needs +aspd from Silence on medics, +15% from Nearl, +15% healing from Vendela and +100 Defense from Bison in order to eliminate all reliance on dodge rng.
In order to stall 2 Casters on the right side you need the auto attacks of them to not line up. If you just try to let them walk to Hung normally they do their attacks close to each other and just 2 shot Hung. By using Blacknight's sleep I can change the 2nd caster's atk cycle a bit.
