From PDI's VHS demo tape 1986, upscaled to 720p with the original 60 fields per second of motion. 1985 was the year the networks went to video away from 24fps film work for their main "look".
Glen Entis showed me the original physical storyboards (he animated this). The CBS boards were gorgeous, and I was surprised that the animation was preconceived in such great detail. Only in retrospect do I realize that my friend later, CBS's Lou Dorfsman, would have created the boards. Both the animation and the design elements here almost exactly match the storyboards.
