Before the events in City 17 surrounding Gordon Freeman, another resistance cell has come to make their mark on the neighboring City 19 by devising a plan to use a hijacked combine munitions train in order to supply a store of old war vehicles to retake the city suburbs. See if the resistance can go long enough without destroying their own train to see it through!
