In June 1994, more than 84 tons of steel crashed on the runway at Fairchild Air Force Base, located in the capital of the United States. The incident involved one of the subsonic strategic bombers of the US fleet, the mythical B-52 Stratofortress. Photos of the burning machinery flooded the national and world news, but soon a veil of mystery fell over the true causes of the accident. Despite the attempt by the Air Force to seize all the videos of the impact, a recording managed to elude the strict control of the institution, revealing a history of negligence on the part of high-ranking officer.
