Belated Happy New Year! Hope everyone is enjoying 2021 so far! ❤

So this is so messy!!! This is my first edit of these two, so I feel iffy about it. Didn’t necessarily turn out as I wanted it to. I feel like I lost the quirkiness of them in the edit, but I tried :/ I think I nailed their fucked-upedness… I think.

I binge-watched this show last month, and these two are my new obsession. I had no idea how much I’d fall in love with this series. Because of how vulgar it was, I didn’t expect to like it. I fell in love with it instead. It’s so blunt, quirky, and hilarious. The duality that Peter and Catherine have is so bizarre. I’m so lost on how toxic they can be but also endearing and adorable at the same time. It’s intriguing, and it’s why I love their dynamic so much. I want to thank @beafelicity and @GossipVal1 for their glorious edits of these two and for getting me interested in this show!!

I wanted to parallel them, show their aggressive, unhinged side, and then the soft side they have for one another, so it kind of gradually shifts into each. I remember Peter mentioning that they do have things in common and then struggled to name what they were, the only thing he could come up with was that they were both pretty, but they in fact do have things in common, in some ways, hence the parallels I’ve tried to make. And once Catherine’s ruthless side emerges, Peter comments that her ruthlessness is what makes them perfect for each other.

I am so scared though because I worry that they will have a tragic ending. Gosh, I hope not.
