Originally composed circa 1874 by Modest Mussorgsky for his ten piece suite ๐๐ช๐ค๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ข๐ต ๐ข๐ฏ ๐๐น๐ฉ๐ช๐ฃ๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ, the track "The Hut on Hen's Legs (Baba Yaga)" was the ninth movement in this feature and in Catherine released in 2011, acts a boss theme for certain nightmarish figures during Vincent's ascent of the tower.
It's certainly a favorite of mine, I love the tension, the melody, but the overall light-hearted, comedic feel from it. The original is a little for intense during this segment, though.

This is the alternate or second opening theme of Sonic Mania composed by Tee Lopes. Before the musical group Hyper Potions came by with their hit and now default theme of Mania: Friends, Tee Lopes composed a pretty great opening theme that matches perfectly with the proceeding title jingle but of course, they were composed by the same person after all.
