A couple of years ago I flew (and reviewed) Cathay Pacific's business class. I wasn't impressed. Whilst seats were great I was left cold by the service and disappointed by the meals. On a recent trip to Europe I decided to give them another go - this video shows how it went.

I must say, in my opinion, Cathay Pacific have really turned it around. Their crew were friendly, happy and engaging - they were eager to please and their service was top notch. The meals too were a vast improvement on Cathay's previous offerings.
