The Alberta Emerald Foundation (AEF) announced the new Emerald Awards categories at a Press Conference on Monday, November 2, 2020. This is the first time the categories have been completely revamped, fundamentally changing how the AEF recognizes environmental excellence in Alberta since its inauguration in 1991.
