We catch mew. You don’t need to use growl unless you want it to be level 1. And you have to growl 6 times with a Pokémon with growl
If you don’t use growl it’s level 7.
You need a flyer or a teleporter. I would recommend Abra. But lots of Pokémon can learn teleport. Whether it’s the beginning of the game or the end of the game.
