Today we’re looking at the Catalinbread CB Series which explores the concept of less is more. This series contains a Fuzz, Overdrive and Distortion which have been streamlined and fine-tuned to a sweet spot for those just starting out to the seasoned professional. What you’re left with is a pedal compatible with any rig that only requires adjustment of the output volume. The large, detented volume knob goes below and way above unity gain. The extra output helps Overdrive push your amp harder, gives the Distortion a thicker crunch and allows the Fuzz to clean up while staying fat.
