After Wario had realized that Waluigi had played a prank on him when he was a rabbit picking a fight with a balloon (Thanks to @TheStickCollector for the comment on the Wario Rabbit video), Wario decided he wanted to be back to his normal self. So after Wario finally killed Waluigi and forced him into reincarnating into a curious cat before adopting him as his pet, then went away to pay Bowser to commit suicide and reincarnate into a Stuffed White Tiger only for Wario himself to prank Waluigi as part of his little revenge scheme to get even with Waluigi.
By the way, the voices with Wario, Waluigi, and Bowser were recorded in Audacity by me, and converted with Mangio-RVC to make them sound like who they sound like in this video.
