Discover how to take measurements of surface temperatures with the thermal imaging camera on the Cat® S61 smartphone.

Watch this video to see how you can measure temperatures between -20 degrees Celsius up to 120 degrees Celsius – or with a high temperature mode enabled - sometimes called ‘low gain mode’ - right up to 400 degrees Celsius.

You can use the Cat S61 to measure cold surfaces such as a refrigerator and a hot surface such as a furnace or open flame.

You can take thermal measurements in live view using the MyFlir app and you can also switch the unit of measurement from degree Celsius to Fahrenheit via the Settings options.
