Watch this video for a step-by-step guide to take measurements, helping you to estimate how many tiles or flooring materials you need to buy for a room you are remodelling.

How to take measurements:
- Open Measure and place your phone flat and square against the first wall you would like to measure from. (Be careful not to shine the laser in your eye when you turn the phone around).
- To take the measurement simply push either the up or down volume button. You will know that the measurement is captured when the laser turns off. The distance is displayed on the left side of the screen.
- Then repeat with the adjacent wall. Multiply the two distances and you will get the floor area.
