A horrified businesswoman claims she returned home to discover maintenance workers had plastered up her kitchen wall - with her kitten trapped inside.

Jayda Dixon-Williams had complained about a leak in her kitchen to her building management but says she was unaware that any contractors would be attending to gut the kitchen last weekend [Saturday 9th March].

After coming home from work on Saturday night however, she began to panic when she couldn't find one of her beloved seven-month old kittens, Raymonte, known as Tay Tay, despite hearing him meowing.
