Third round of TOVC contest (wow can't believe I got that far!) and the task has been to edit a music video - parts with the band singing and playing and parts with a chosen fandom. I've chosen Castle of Glass by Linkin Park, mostly because the lyrics are wonderful to edit (castles and stuff, hint hint), and LP videos are always cool and dynamic. Effects are scarce, transitions here and there, mostly used as in a real music video, the colouring used mostly to match the original music video's colouring. The LP video has no FX except for sharpen.
The whole final clip is heavily letterboxed (black bars above and below) cause that's the format of the original video.
For Oncers - note the lyrics "warm me up in the Nova's glow, and drop me down to the dream below". :D
TRIVIA - funny trivia! Linkin Park's drummer (my favourite instrument btw, along with the bass guitar) is Colin's spitting image. So I put a short sequence of the drummer next to Hook, for Hook fans to notice the amazing similarity! *Hook the drummer* lol lol lol
