1 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
Coconut Topping:
1 cup shredded young coconut
or
1/2 cup dried coconut flakes
Sesame Peanut Topping:
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
Yields: 4 servings
