A review of the Roseclair Dress by Cashmerette.
The hem is approximately 161.5 inches around.

After I filmed this video I went ahead and fixed the cuffs on the sleeves. I removed them and replaced them with cuffs that are 2" wider and that solved a lot of the sleeve issue.
