Carving a Human Figure in Wood

I carved a figurative sculpture in oak. Because at times you must push yourself in a new direction. To set your sights on some end that is out beyond the horizon. There is always a possibility of failure in any new endeavor, but if anyone on the verge of action should judge themselves according to the outcome, they would never begin.
