In this part, we continue exploring Fury Green with Myles and set up a makeshift Base Camp. Myles remains at the camp to access its computer systems and support us remotely. From there, we head deeper into the jungle and encounter Carvex, a massive plant-like boss reminiscent of Flaahgra from the original Metroid Prime. Defeating Carvex grants us the Psychic Bomb, our Morph Ball Bomb equivalent with new utility. We also learn about Green Energy Crystals and their importance in powering devices and progressing through the region. After collecting our first Master Teleporter Key and exploring an alternate path, we return to Myles via a shortcut unlocked with the Psychic Bomb.

Additional Info
- Psychic Bombs work similarly to Morph Ball Bombs from earlier Metroid Prime games but with an added feature: holding the bomb button suspends the bomb in mid-air, allowing it to be captured as a Mote using the Psychic Visor and Psychic Glove. This enables puzzle-solving in areas where natural Motes are not available.
- Green Energy Crystals are required to create Memory Fruit for the Sacred Tree and to power the device in the Temple of Memory. While they commonly appear in Sol Valley (a region not yet accessible), a few can be found along the alternate path back to Myles near the end of the episode.
