New York area commercial for Carvel ice cream with early 80s New Wave "mood" track. Founder Tom Carvel was alive when this was made but it is a departure in so far as it does not employ Tom's signature gravelly narration. I suppose this was an effort to modernize the Carvel image. For anyone living in the NYC area in the late 70's & early 80's this was a staple of late night TV. And a favorite of fellow schlock connoisseurs. File under "Orphan Clip"
