Embark on a fun-filled adventure inspired by Regular Show as we recreate the delicious grilled cheese sandwich and crispy apple fritters! Get ready for a tasty adventure and an unforgettable time in the kitchen!
Remember parental supervision is required when preparing these delicious treats at home!
Ingredients:
• Peeled and diced apples: 300g
• All-purpose flour: 200g
• Sugar: 50g
• Eggs: 2 (approximately 100g)
• Milk: 120ml
• Melted butter: 30g
• Baking powder: 8g
• Ground cinnamon: 2g
• Vanilla extract: 2g
• Salt: 1g
• Oil for frying: as needed
• Icing sugar for serving: as desired
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla, then add the milk and butter.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the apples.
5. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry small spoonfuls of batter until golden brown on both sides.
7. Remove the pancakes to a paper towel-lined plate and serve hot.
