This was an interesting local find. This is a partial bumper that aired during an airing of "Yogi Bear's All Star Comedy Christmas Caper" on the European feed of Cartoon Network circa 1993. This is the only bumper on the tape as the recorder did not tape commercials.
The strange part of this, other than it being a local find, as this was taped on an NTSC videotape. My best guess was that the recorder of this taped this at an airbase that picked up PAL broadcasts and converted them to NTSC. There's also a program that was produced by a broadcasting service of the Navy later on this tape so that might be the best theory.
