Cartoon Characters who Once had Hair:
Squidward used to have long Lucious Hair way back in the day when Jim used to be the Fry Cook at the Krusty Crab before SpongeBob.
Before Saitama got his Powers from Doing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run every day. He used to have black wavy spiked hair.
Homer Currently has 2 Hair strands left, but he used to have a full head of hair.
Nappa once had hair, and he technically can still grow it, but he chooses to Shave it off.
Numba 1 from Codename Kid’s Next Door once had hair, he’s bald now because of the Delightful Children. Though he doesn’t explain how:
When Gru was a Kid he had a full head of hair.
And of course there is Aang from Avatar, Aang can actually Grow hair, he chooses to shave it off because Air Nomads shave their head while training, and only elders are allowed to grow beards or mustaches.
