This was another trip to Cartagena to try to obtain a lease on an apartment. This trip was one of the most successful since I was able to visit 5 apartments. I have application on 2, one of which does not have a backup generator. Fingers crossed I get an answer on the one I really want this week. I found out that the power goes out in some areas of Cartagena. Not good.
