A bit of a different video than usual, this time, a siren test in Carstairs for the secure hospital.
Apologies for the very over exposed footage, my camera settings were off and it was a very bright day.
These sirens are tested at 1pm on the 3rd Thursday of every month, and this particular siren is a Secomak CS8.
