Hi yes, i'm still here as usual. Well anyway, Jeremy recently (a long time actually) found a out on how to disable the Border during the cutscenes. And this is very easy to do so. (link will be in pinned comment)
And it wasn't even hardcoded at all, it was actually on one single file for that to appear & to disable. And honestly it feels like to see no borders in it, probably because we mostly got used to it. Oh and also same goes to Cars TVG, which you can disable it aswell.
Also credits to SonicSpeedDude for making the Hatsune Miku Paint-Job on McQueen (cause i didn't bother to change the files or textures so i just left it)
