Have you ever want to make the Radiator Springs to night?, will now you can! by going to "DataPC - C - Act" then found the "ActivityInfo" after that, scroll down until you found the "explore hubs" when you found it go to the "RS_HUB" and change the "TimeOfDay" to "Night" when you done, change the "CanRunDuringDayOrNight" to "FALSE" and you're done! enjoy the night, and if you want the Day back, then change the "TimeOfDay" to "Day" and change the "CanRunDuringDayOrNight" to "TRUE" and you have the day back.
