Cars High Octane: Fletcher's X360 Animation + my version of his eyes position correction @Vladimir29

I decided to replace his animation to X360 one in my personal version because his MN animation makes him a bit looks like stupid in my own oppinion, while with Cars VG X360 one he looks tike a thoughtful intellegent, again in my own oppinion. I also hope you'll like my version of eyeposition correction.
