Two people riding one e-bike through London traffic. I've honestly never seen anyone ride like this before. It appears the Forest e-bikes allow for someone to stand on a small area on the back... What do you reckon? harmlesss or just asking for trouble?
Forest is a popular dockless shared e-bike service in London. They do not currently allow passengers on their standard rental models, and riding with a passenger on a single-rider e-bike is both illegal and against their Terms of Service.
