Travelling in an all-inclusive resort doesn’t mean you shouldn’t carry extra money with you when you get out of the resort. As someone that has lived all over the world and has a close relationship with embassies, I can assure you that you can’t count on them for help if you run out of money.
Make sure you have enough at least return to your hotel and frankly, having enough to return to your country would be better.
A lot of things can happy and you don’t want to be cut unprepared when it does.
