Working in beauty digital media marketing, she takes a job where she does not have a passion for the product. This causes her to realize career is less about getting constant promotions - the rat race - and more about having purpose in what you do each day.
Caroline Giegerich is a recovering digital addict who writes and speaks about digital addiction and detox. Giegerich previously worked in digital marketing with brands such as HBO, Netflix, Smashbox Cosmetics and Lionsgate. She earned a BA from Brown University.
