In Chapter 8 of 12 in her 2014 Capture Your Flag interview, TEDx speaker and recovering digital addict Caroline Giegerich answers "What Skills Are You Working on Right Now to Get Better at Your Job?" Giegerich shares how she is working with an executive coach to be a better manager. After having a difficult time managing in a previous role, she learns to shift perfectionist and micromanager behavior to empowering team members. She also notes how setting boundaries using "The Power of No" has helped her improve interpersonal relationships in and out of work.

Caroline Giegerich is a recovering digital addict who writes and speaks about digital addiction and detox. Giegerich previously worked in digital marketing with brands such as HBO, Netflix, Smashbox Cosmetics and Lionsgate. She earned a BA from Brown University.
