For a friendly music composing challence we got tasked to compose 3 original songs on 3 different pieces of artwork from Magic: The Gathering. My intention behind them is to make the songs in an adventure styled themed that fits in something like an RPG or MMORPG.
This is the first song in a serie of 3 original composed songs. This one obviously is a desert theme. I kinda went a bit cliché with the instruments but tried to make my own twist with them. I am very happy with this song and really happy with the whole serie of songs i composed!

Stardew is a game that always manages to calm me down after a long day. Its amazing to play. But one thing i never was able to beat with the many hours i got in this game is the minigame Journey of the Prairie King. I believe that this song is the one song i heard the most in the game hahahaha.
So yeah it being a western-ish game i remixed it in some sort of western styled style.

For a friendly music composing challence we got tasked to compose 3 original songs on 3 different pieces of artwork from Magic: The Gathering. My intention behind them is to make the songs in an adventure styled themed that fits in something like an RPG or MMORPG.
This is the 3rd musical piece, based on a forest/nature-ish picture. Definitly one of the calmer pieces in this series. Composing in a waltz-like tempo is one of my favorite things to do and i think it fits this forest/fairy like setting a lot!

What started as a very small minimalistic remix of Green Greens, grew bigger and bigger into this big medley of remixed Kirby themes from various games.
I wanted to make a light and happy medley, so i didnt really include bombastic boss music. Maybe i will do a seperate medley of those in the future!
I also took a more minimalistic approach than the usual bombastic orchestral to kinda challenge myself. I hope you still like it!

I think this is arguably one of the most catchy tracks coming from Super Mario Wonder. I havent played the game yet because i have like 500 other games i gotta play first haha. But this makes me very excited to play it soon!
