I had been waiting for this trip to Pattaya for a few years. Whenever I looked at the flights and saw how many hours were involved I never could book the flight. The thought of 14 hours or more on one flight was too much for me. Well, a lot of my friends got tired of the problems in Colombia and took off to Thailand to check it out. I finally decided to just dig deep and go for it. I finally made it after 2 nights layovers in Detroit and again in S. Korea.
