Steve Swallow is one of my favorite bass players. His bass line on this Carla Bley tune is so simple it's actually takes a lot of concentration to play. Of course there's also a bass solo... The bass in the video is an Aria Pro II TSB-400 from 1980. It's recorded through a Keeley Bass Limiter in to an SSL audio interface.
