A suspect wanted in Texas for a Christmas Eve carjacking, kidnapping, and robbery was arrested Christmas evening in OKC thanks to great police work and the Flock camera license plate reader system that sent out a notification when the vehicle was photographed in OKC.

This arrest was the result of several law enforcement agencies working together, Haltom City Police Department, Grapevine Police Department, & Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
