We’re not fans of people that think early care and education professionals are just “babysitters.”

Early care and education is so much more than watching children. It’s about very intentional practices that support the overall growth and development of our youngest citizens. Calling it “babysitting” diminishes the knowledge, expertise, effort, and passion that goes into educating and supporting our next generation of humans who will be shaping our one sweet world!
