Caribou in Port au Choix. Our next stop on our 10 day camping trip is Port Au Choix on the Northern Peninsula to see if we can find some caribou. We did find the caribou and had a great time watching them. They are a wild herd but they spend quite a bit of time in this area and are used to being around traffic and people. They were most interested in just grazing on the grass at the lighthouse.
