Peaking Lights / TWO FLOWERS RECORDS

Carhartt WIP Radio is back and brings an extended trip into the world of the US-American duo Peaking Lights, consisting of Indra Dunis and Aaron Coyes. Since 2008 they bewitch with psychedelic influenced pop music that seems to be originated on another planet. So far, they have released more than eight albums on label’s like Night-People, Not Not Fun, Mexican Summer and the Domino imprint Weird World. You can add more than a dozen Eps and 7 inches, plus tapes and foremost countless live shows around the globe. For their 10th anniversary Aaron Coyes dug deep in the Peaking Lights archives and put together an epic Carhartt WIP Retrospective Radio Show that blends in a chronologic order some of their earliest recordings, some of his solo stuff and more unheard psyching music to display the progression of a duo that seems to have found the fifth state of consciousness.
